"Die Lage des Hotels war nah am Strand und am Markt. Es gab zwei Einzelbetten für die Kinder. Es war super."

"Wir hatten ein wahnsinnig großes Zimmer und der seitliche Meerblick war wirklich wunderschön (man kennt "seitliche" Meerblicke zu gut, aber hier sieht man wirklich noch gut auf den Plaza (abends gut besucht), den Strand und natürlich das Meer. Wir hatten eine kleine Küchenzeile und auch typisch koreanisch eine Art Vorraum für unsere Schuhe. Das Bad war verglast (Milchglas) und daher auch schön hell. Die Lage ist super, auch nicht weit vom Sky Tower und zu Fuß ca 10-15 Minuten vom Blue Line Park entfernt. Es lohnt sich definitiv, auch von dort aus einen Tag lang mit dem Beach Train zu fahren. Zu den Treffpunkten für Tagesausflüge waren es auch nicht viele Gehminuten. Vor dem Hoteleingang (nicht verwirren lassen: man geht erst ins Sky Cloud Hotel, um dann ins Sun Cloud Hotel zu gelangen) sind zwei Convinience Stores, was für uns perfekt war, um uns mit Kleinigkeiten fürs Frühstück einzudecken."

"Leider haben die Handtücher sehr muffig gerochen, weshalb wir (nicht sehr ökologisch wertvoll) jeden Tag die Tücher auf den Boden gelegt haben, um neue zu bekommen. Wer Besteck, Teller und Tassen möchte, muss sie separat dazubuchen. Kompliziert war auch das Finden des Hoteleingangs. Wir haben ein wenig rumgefragt, bis wir wussten, wo wir genau hin mussten - was sehr ärgerlich ist, wenn man mit vollen Koffern doch eigentlich einfach nur einchecken möchte."

"The hotel is located directly 100m from the beach with just one crossing access to the beach. Perfect location. Great help from staff when we left the bag in the room it was immediately located and sent by forwarder to our next hotel in Seoul , arriving next working day. Perfect help. This was the reason I gave 10/10 rate as it covered all minuses the hotel unfortunately had."

"As I said, I give 10 due to fantastic help with recovering purse, however they give only small towels as standard, need to go to reception to get big ones, no utensils in the small kitchen in apartment and apartment requires some redecoration. But this is all nothing if a staff can go over expectations with helping customers. BTW, when you look for the hotel Suncloud and Seacloud are the same building. Just navigate to either of these."

"Our family of five recently stayed at Suncloud Hotel in Busan, and it was a fantastic experience. The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for all of us. It was well-maintained and perfectly suited for families traveling with children. The location is unbeatable — just steps away from Haeundae Beach, one of the best beaches in Korea. We loved being able to walk to the beach in the morning and relax in a peaceful environment in the evening. Considering the location and the quality of the room, the price was very reasonable. We highly recommend Suncloud Hotel for families looking for a clean, convenient, and affordable place to stay in Busan."

"Good location. Close to the beach, market, shops. Free parking is available in the hotel. Stay the same room that we booked. Nice view from the hotel room to the beach. The building is sharing with another hotel. Once you are figured it out how to walk. Everything is easy. Go to 4th floor, change to another lift to 6th floor and you will see the hotel reception. If you look for a closer distance to the beach, this hotel can be considered."
