"Sauberes, ruhiges Zimmes mit funktionierender Klimaanlage. 24 Stunden Rezeption. Auf der anderen Straßenseite sind zwei Cafés, in denen man frühstücken kann. Mini-Märkte liegen ebenfalls auf der anderen Straßenseite. Es gibt Busstopps zur Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof (Barzahlung ist im Bus möglich.) Das Beste am Hostel ist aber der freundliche hilfsbereite Besitzer."

"Five Seasons, was a very good place to stay. Staff was very friendly, though we didn't know the language, we exchanged all our conversations through facial expressions , smiles & sometimes google translator. Lovely place to stay. I initially worried, because of my kid, but trust me its a great place one can stay & family friendly. We cooked our dinner everyday & kitchen was easily accessible. Thank you Five Seasons for giving us a wonderful stay in Almaty. Love from India !"

"You get a lot for the price. For a couple it was the best budget accomodation in the city of Almaty. We received a very large bedroom with a double bed, a couch, an extra bed, a table, and a private bathroom. The personnel are polite and helpful and the hotel has a lovely little inner garden giving you a very open motel-like feeling. The mall called Forum is a short 5 to 10 minute walk from the room and you can easily navigate around to other parts of downtown Almaty from here without needing a cab. So in short you get a big bedroom, a private bathroom, and a good location near the city centre for an exceptionally affordable price."
"Thin walls meant we could hear whatever activites our neighbours were partaking in, from watching TV to a yelling contest on phone, to pleasure (I don't need to elaborate on that one). The shower didn't have any curtains either which lead to wearing socks on the bathroom floor being a no-go. Keep in mind, however, that it is in fact a budget hotel and thus we get what we pay for. I don't mean to sound caustic in any way, it is very much worth the price and I'd stay here again when I have the opportunity."
"For a budget traveler like us, the price was amazing and the hostel is comfortable to stay with. Overall, we had a great experience, the staff was incredibly helpful despite of the language barrier. :) There were great restaurants as well within walking distance."
