"Die Lage. Ziemlich zentral gelegenes Hotel. Gegenüber gibt's ein Einkaufszentrum. Etliche Restaurants direkt und in der Nähe. Schönen Park in der Nähe. Nettes Personal. Hilfsbereitschaft von dem Personal. Haben mir auch geholfen."

"I stayed in a single room for 5 nights. Great location: on the main street with the short distance to Astana Square, MiG exchange office and Panfilov park. Room: could be tight if you carry more than one piece of checked luggage, otherwise everything was fine. Warm enough. Comfortable bed and pillow, shower working fine. Breakfast: Decent but enough. You have few options on the menu (I would always choose omlette and didn’t regret it). You also get a tea or coffee. Service was fast and dining area very nice."

"Staff didn’t speak English much, but that’s the situation like in the whole city everywhere you go. So prepare some basic Russian phrases in case you need some assistance other than standard ones. Even though they couldn’t speak it, they did their best to meet my needs."

"The lady at reception was amazing, helped us in exploring places, speak english. the room was heated room so no issue with cold temp of november. Indian resturant at walking distance, breakfast was good, everhthing was good , just opposite to mall so you can bring things easily. next to bus stop if you travel by bus."

"Very good hotel.. very clean , nice location and very unfriendly stuff.. reception lady was very busy with her mobile when I checked in , she doesn't even know how to take money from card.. she believes only touch can take money, no other way😂.. then I show her the slot to enter the card.she looks so sad when we are there.. looks like not happy to welcoming us.. never mind."

"Amazing little hotel in the centre of the city. Staff was super friendly, everything is clean, room is big and cozy. In room there is everything what you need - from slippers to toothbrushes. Breakfast is from the menu and it's absolutely gorgeous, thanks to the chef. Also beds are very comfortable."
