"Sehr sauberes Hotel in guter und ruhiger Lage - Innenstadt zu Fuß oder mit TucTuc erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls in der Nähe. Ggf. Könnten die Betten modernisiert werden, sodass diese zum Rest des Zimmer passen. Das Bett ist für Sri Lanka Verhältnisse trotzdem in Ordnung."

"Everything was perfect - the room was clean, well kept, clearly very new. There was a lovely view from the balcony space outside the room and it felt quite private, despite being in a great location, 10 mins ish from the station, only a short walk to fort. I felt very safe in the area as a solo female traveller. The owner was so lovey too. The room was really well thought out - great to have a mop for wet room and appreciated kettle/water facilities. Thank you!"

"Great location, close to the railway and bus stations, and within walking distance of Galle Fort. However, the room and bathroom were very clean. You get a nice ocean breeze, with good natural light and ventilation."
"The room could have been a bit bigger, as it was difficult for two people to open and use their luggage. There could be two bedside tables with lights. The lighting at night is a bit dull and makes reading difficult. There are no cupboards to keep clothes."

"Stayed for 2 nights 3 days to attend the Galle Literary Festival 2024. The place is a newly renovated/built place with cleanliness and all the new amenities (AC/Wifi/electric shower). I am really happy with the property, amenities, and privacy. Not a negative point but from the property, there is not much scenery visible other than a glimpse of the ocean, Galle suburban buildings, and the nearby church. I didn't want any scenery as I was on the move the entire daytime and only stayed the nights at the property. Even though the place is 2km from Galle Fort it's easily reachable with a short walk and more value for money than some places inside the Fort with fewer amenities and features. Highly recommended!"

"Wenn man die Natur liebt, so wie wir, dann ist das der perfekte Platz. Man muss sich allerdings auf eine kalte Dusche und kein WLAN einstellen. Der Besitzer war super freundlich und das Essen sehr gut! Die beiden Hunde haben sehr gut auf uns aufgepasst. Hansl der Sohn des Betreibers machte mit uns einen schönen Abendspaziergang,wo er uns einige Heilpflanzen erklärte. Wir sahen auch sehr viele schöne Vögel und eine Landschildkröte. Auch war er ein toller Guide bei der Safari die wir gebucht hatten. Alkes in allem perfekt. Wir waren 3 Tage dort und hätten es auch noch einen Tag länger ausgehalten."

"We had such a good, memorable time here. Taken very well care of by Manju (the owner), we enjoyed a very comfortable stay in the wild, off the beaten track, with beautiful nature all around us. The food was delicious and filling, vegetarian and vegan diets catered for completely. They lit us a fire one night and we enjoyed dinners by candlelight every night. The beds were super comfy and the large hut that we stayed in was very spacious - good for all bags and clothes. Manju organised our safari day and our trip to a local beach. He was ready to meet our every need and was very kind and friendly with our children too."
"Die Lage wenige Fahrminuten vom Eingang zum Yala Nationalpark ist für eine Safari perfekt. Das von den Gastgebern selbst gekochte Essen war sehr gut! Die Organisation der Safari und des Transfers zum Bahnhof in Ella war absolut problemlos und zu angemessenen Preisen."

"Wir haben 2 Nächte in dieser Unterkunft verbracht und hatten eine tolle Zeit! Von unserem Zelt aus konnten wir das Meer sehen und direkt am menschenleeren Strand spazieren gehen. Das Zelt war sehr komfortabel und sauber und hatte alles, was man brauchte. In der Nacht konnten wir mit Meeresrauschen einschlafen. Wir haben eine full day Safari im Nationalpark gemacht und Karu, der Mitarbeiter, hat sich jeder Zeit perfekt darum gekümmert, dass wir vorher und nachher mit leckerem Essen und Trinken versorgt waren. Der fangfrische gegrillte Fisch hat uns besonders gut geschmeckt! Für ein faires Geld organisiert die Unterkunft auch die Abholung bzw. das Wegbringen zum nächsten Busbahnhof. Danke - für uns auf jeden Fall ein Highlight der Reise!"
"Obwohl unsere Buchung irgendwie "durchgerutscht" war und das Camp wegen geplantem Stuffausflug eigentlich nicht belegt war, wurden alle Hebel in Bewegung gesetzt und uns ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt ermöglicht. Vom Safarizelt, über das Essen bis hin zur Safari war alles traumhaft. Vielen Dank an das angagierte, freundliche Team."

"Die Anlage ist exakt wie auf den Bildern. Es ist echt originell aufgebaut und eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Service ist sehr gut und es sind alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es ist alles im Preis inkludiert. Die Anlage ist direkt beim Yala Park und nicht eingezäunt. Bei Dunkelheit darf man nicht alleine herumlaufen. Wir sahen ein ein Stachelschwein und eine Schlange direkt beim Zimmer. Wildlife pur 😃"
"🇱🇰🥰 Guesthouse mit sauberem Zimmer und tollem Frühstück bei einer sehr netten Familie. Bindu hat sich super um alles gekümmert und uns zum Tempel in Buduruwagalla gefahren und dort auf uns gewartet. Im Garten der Familie wohnt Martin, mit dem wir uns stundenlang unterhalten haben. Vielen Dank, gerne wieder."
