"Sie bekommen mehr, als sie zahlen. Es ist ein privates Haus mit mehreren Zimmern zum Vermieten im Obergeschoss, allerdings ohne Aufzug. Die Vermieter wohnen im Erdgeschoss. Es gibt gut eingerichtete Küche zur freien Benutzung. Die Lage ist zentral."
