"Die Wohnung war sehr groß, sauber und schön renoviert mitten in Riga , 2 min Gehweg entfern von der Sehenswürdigkeit „Milda“"

"Alles war super"

"Die Lage war super, wir konnten vor der Eincheckzeit unsere Koffer im Flur abstellen."

"Die Klimaanlage in einem Schlafzimmer funktionierte garnicht, in einem anderen machte sie laute Geräusche."

"Super Lage, große Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht! Auch der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin war unkompliziert, sie war sehr freundlich. Man ist im Herzen von Riga!"

"Es hat alles geklappt. Ich habe nichts auszusetzen."

"The host was prompt and her instructions were easy to follow. The apartment is a real gem and so quiet. I’d definitely return."

"The door handle as it’s accessible only one way and it’s also in need of replacement. Hopefully the owner can change it. Other than that, an amazing place!"

"Very good value for money. Location is excellent, right in the centre but still very quiet. Very large and spacious with lovely high ceilings. The kitchen was new and had everything we needed. Two bathrooms which is great for 5 people."

"I would have appreciated a response from the owners. The door code only came to me when i got off the plane so I was quite anxious about this as travelling with family. The owners completely ignored my message, sent when we arrived for bedsheets for the sofa bed which we needed; so we had none and had to make do. My concern here is that if something seriuous happened, they could not be contacted at all. It is a very large apartment but I would have appreciated another bed rather than so much extra space. The 'laundry area' had a very cracked glass pane, so very dangerous. The iron was broken as was the clothes hanging rail. The stairway to the balcony was very dangerous, totally unsuitable for children but quite hard to manage to open the door without falling even as an adult. Balcony was full of broken furniture and cigarette waste, obviously never cleaned and only for smokers. The other two balconies had a metal grid base and again not suitable for sitting on. Air conditioning panel directly opposite the hall door leaked. The fire alarm went off in the building in the early hours of the first night; a false alarm but we still had to evacuate the building; this is a good thing, safety wise but the owners never even sent a message about it."

"Easy access, perfect location. Very large with good facilities."

"The apartment was as described. It was spacious, nicely decorated and centrally located. The instructions we received from the host made it easy to check in and out."
