"Großes Appartement, absoluter Vorteil ist der sichere Parkplatz im Innenhof, direkt vor dem Appartement. War mit einem VW T6, mit Fahrradträger auf der AHK. Viel größer darf ein Auto nicht sein. 30 Minuten bis in die Altstadt, 7 mit dem Rad. Absolut ruhig."

"Der pseudoimperiale Stil mit Goldvorhängen und Stofftapeten hat beim genauen Hinsehen Schmutz in den Ecken und hat Patina angesetzt. Bett knarrt. Sofabezug fleckig. Kissen sind zum Schlafen ungeeignet. Fenster nur kippbar. TV nur russische Programme. Laminat wellig."
