"The house and the surroundings were beautiful, garden flowers in pretty vases all through the house, simple and elegant decor. 2 Swinging chairs looking out through a big window in the hall, I just sat and read with a coffee watching the rain. House slippers left so you didn't walk in with wet, dirty shoes xx"

"We didn't get to enjoy the garden because of the rain, but there was a gazebo with mosquito nets and a cute wooden swing. Would have liked a clothes maiden because of the rain, nowhere to hang our wet clothes to dry."

"Super good place for people staying with dogs. Upon arrival, the house was warm and cozy. The next night it was -14 degrees cold, but the room stayed warm until the morning with one stove full of wood. Some rooms were even too hot. I get allergies in some old houses, but in this house I never had to take allergy medicine."

"We had no problem with it and everything was fine, but this house is not suitable for someone who wants a modern place to stay. In winter or in cold weather, it may be necessary to heat the stove."

""Ziedu pirts" wird übersetzt mit "Blumenbad". Das drückt am besten die Freundlichkeit von Ginta und Kristaps aus. Ginta fragte uns im Vorhinein, wie es mit der Sauna wäre. Da wir uns nicht sicher waren, antworteten wir nicht. Als wir ankamen, war die Sauna (etwa 15 qm) warm. Super. Am nächsten Tag heizten wir sie (mit Holz) ein. Nochmals super. Die Nutzung des Whirlpools wurde uns auch angeboten. Das Blockhaus - es ist achteckig und hat etwa 50 qm/Stockwerk - liegt total ruhig."
