"Freundlicher Empfang. Ruhige Umgebung, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, zweckmäßige Einrichtung. Gute Verkehrsanbindung an Rigaer Altstadt."
"Die Matratze hat ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich. Die Küchenausstattung ist eher spartanisch. Den Kühlschrank haben wir nachts ausgestellt, da er extrem laut ist (haben unsere Vorgänger schon bemängelt). Er hat auch kein "Flaschenabteil". Die Fenster lassen sich nur zur Hälfte öffnen. Zum Glück hatten wir für Juli relativ kühle Nächte, sonst hätten wir mächtig geschwitzt."

"I loved everything about this place, location is perfect, if you're traveling by train or autobus 10-15 mins walk maximum. You don't have to worry about groceries, small mini-mart is 3 mins walk away with everything you may need, If you arrive late and the mini mart is closed,you can always grab something to eat at Circle-K gas station open 24hrs. If your stay is short and you want to explore Valmiera, you may have to come again, because once you enter the apartment, you won't want to go outside. It's so nice and cozy and equipped with everything. On my stay I didn't go outside once. I highly recommend this place."
