"Die Unterkunft Vecrīgas dzīvoklis in Riga, liegt direkt im Zentrum der Altstadt. Da sich das Apartment im Hinterhaus befindet, hat man nachts seine Ruhe, trotz des Trubels. Die Anweisungen des Gastgebers zum Einlass in die Wohnung waren eindeutig und verständlich, so dass alles problemlos funktioniert hat. Der Wohn- und Schlafbereich waren ausreichend groß und alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Vom Flughafen sind es keine 30 Minuten mit dem Bus oder Taxi. Der Der Bus- und Hauptbahnhof ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Perfekt für alle, die auf der Durchreise sind oder sich ein paar schöne Tage in der Stadt machen wollen."

"Staff so so nice and helpful. Allowed us in to the apartment a little early. My friend had hurt her foot and the girl who was cleaning the apartment organised ice and a drink of water while I went to chemist. They also were so helpful in allowing us stay as late as possible on check out day. Apartment is perfect for two people not 5 star but clean and right in the center. Excellent value for money. There was also a Great restaurant right next door called the Garage."

"There is only a handwashing sink in the bathroom, for anything more like washing face, brushing teeth, you have to use the kitchen, but that's just a minor inconvenience, everything else was perfect."

"The place is beautifully decorated. It has all the amenities necessary, and it has an excellent location. Super comfy bed. Friendly hosts."

"The room is quite cold. Luckily, electrical heaters were available for use. The window next to the bed did not have a lightproof curtain, so there was some light coming in during the night."

"Coffee, tea, cream, coffee-machine in the kitchen. Lovely, atmospheric apartment with a character. We stayed overnight - I was treating my elderly mum to some music in Riga and we left the day after the concert. But the place is so relaxing that I could have stayed there for a month. Very quiet, good bed, perfect night's sleep. Reasonably spacious shower cabin. All the charms of the old town at your door-step. Good communication. Keyless entrance. Slippers. Umbrellas. Everything's taken care of. First floor location makes it available for the more fragile type of travelers."

"Actually it's just a word on what to expect: the size and placement of the wash-basin in the bathroom makes it impossible to wash your face or brush your teeth there, but you have got a good shower cabin as an alternative, besides there is a small mirror cleverly installed over the kitchen sink making it usable as a wash-basin. Secondly, I was travelling with my mum and I would have appreciated separate duvets. There were spare duvets in the wardrobe, but no spare duvet-cases, except the one already on the bed, so we had to share. The duvet was big enough though. The check-in instruction may benefit from a clearer statement which code is for which door and mentioning the entrance into the building (which has code locks but they are not in operation, might be puzzling)"

"The apartment had everything we needed. It was well located so we could easily get to the bus and train stations for day trips. It was also close to the sights in Riga. It wins the prize for the smallest sink in the bathroom! Finally, we loved that we didn't need any keys."
