"Es war eine preisgünstige Unterkunft. Es gibt in der Umgebung alles an Geschäfzen und Lokalen, was man benötigt. Gute Anbindung mit Bus und Straßenbahn, aber auch zu Fuß ist alles schnell erreichbar."

"Die Wohnung war ein wenig feucht. Die Matratze müsste dringend erneuert werden, die Federkerne sind deutlich sicht- und spürbar. Es gab sicher auch weitere Dinge an der Wohnung, die man bemängeln könnte, aber für den gezshlten Preis nimmt man diese in Kauf."

Die Wohnung ist leise in der Nacht trotz ihrer zentralen Lage neben einer Hauptverkehsachse. Einige gute Restaurants und Kaffees in unmittelbarer Nähe. Parkplatz vorhanden im Hof. Gute Erreichbarkeit der Gastgeber via WhatsApp."
