"Die Vila Etnica liegt direkt unterhalb der Kirche des sehenswerten Klosters Rupestra Pestera. Man kann von der Unterkunft auf einem Weg mit Treppe in fünf bis zehn Minuten hinauf gehen und von dort das ganze Gelände von Orheiul Vechi überblicken. Das Frühstück wurde in typisch moldawischem Tongeschirr auf der überdachten Terasse serviert und war sehr lecker. Das Zimmer war im landestypischen Stil für Adlige eingerichtet und durch die Heizung gemütlich warm. Alles war sehr sauber. Fahrräder können sicher untergebracht werden. Das Personal war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Wäschservice war perfekt. Auch das WLAN-Internet hat funktioniert. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis."

"I am really glad I came to stay here. It really makes sense to stay the night in Butuceni and enjoy a relaxed evening here. Vila Etnica has a great bar, is directly opposite a path to the monastery and has a wonderful restaurant with the best food I had in Moldova so far. It was lovely to be able to have dinner outside on a late summer afternoon, watch the late fading over the hills on my balcony, and wake up to birdsong for breakfast. The staff are great and really helped me with my transport questions."

"We liked the location and the traditional style of the property surrounded by nature. The breakfast was also good and the host very nice."

"I didn’t appreciate that they couldn’t serve a cappuccino for breakfast instead of the coffee with milk included in the menu. They would only provide it for an extra charge at the counter. In addition, the host wasn’t very knowledgeable about the activities and hikes available around the property."

"We really liked how spacious the property is. The outdoor area is great and we loved that is near the river. Supper and breakfast was delicious."

"Waited so long for breakfast. They served coffee and after 20-25 minutes the rest of the breakfast. So coffee became completly cold at that moment."

"We came to Vila Etnica the second time because we really wanted to experience the dinner by the fireplace one more time, but unfortunately, they did not lit the fire, although we kindly asked. All the rest was all right, the room nice and clean, the facilities working well, the surroundings are really great there!"
