"Die Lage der Unterkunft ist nah an der Strandpromenade gelegen wobei man bei einen Strandbesuch auf das Fahrzeug verzichten kann. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und man fühlt sich als Gast in der Unterkunft willkommen. Der Unterkunft wird sauber gehalten und die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet."

"Super nice apartments, near the center! We were 2 instead of 4 in our 4-person room that we have booked and it was really specious. There is parking! Personnel was so friendly and kind and ready to support with everything we needed! A very sweet lady 😊 Thank you for everything!"

"Quiet area with shops and places to eat nearby. It was clean, large and very comfortable beds. Air con was good, garden was beautiful and kitchen was basic but adequate for our needs. Host was absolutely fantastic and did all he could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Would recommend to anyone looking for good value. Close to bus station as well."

"Great owner and staff! Great location (walking distance to Budva city center) air conditioners work great which is the most important thing in Budva if you are visiting the city in July :) comfortable beds! Free wifi! Will definitely keep the place in our list for future!"

"The Villa is truly luxurious, rooms are well styled and beautifully designed. All bed are large and comfortable, linens good quality and furniture comfortable and stylish. We especially liked the extra touches such as full size toiletries in all the bathrooms and enough toilet paper for our entire stays and unlimited excellent quality coffee for the coffee machine. Also kitchen essentials, oil salt tea etc. It’s a 9min taxi into Kotor ( 10-15 Euros depending on time of night and traffic). The villa is quiet, secluded and as the pool self cleans there is no need for pool staff to visit. We had a truly relaxing stay and Demitre was really patient and understanding when we had difficulty with payment. Payment is with cash - better to bring with you as bank access can be limited."

"Bei Rada und ihrem Mann war einfach alles perfekt! Die Wohnung war total neu, blitzsauber, und an Ausstattung war wirklich alles vorhanden, was ich mir hätte wünschen können! Die Ruhe dort war herrlich, der nahe Flughafen stört überhaupt nicht. Und die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf die Bucht ist fantastisch! Für mich war es der ideale Ort, um mich vom Trubel in Kotor zu entspannen! Das ist definitiv ein Ort, wo man länger bleiben möchte! Aber das Beste war: Rada und ihr Mann waren so freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und ausgesprochen großzügig, wie ich es noch nie erlebt habe! Vielen Dank, für alles, was ihr für mich getan habt!"

"Amazing place. The view alone is worth it. You could sit outside for hours and enjoy the sunset. The place was clean with a nicely equipped kitchen, you could cook anything you want. Also, the wifi was very fast, and the place is air conditioned. The only concern I had was that the place was too far from the city and that the road to the place could be bad, but that didn’t turn out to be a problem. It takes maybe 10 minutes from the main road to reach the apartment with a car."
