"Tolle, ruhige Lage direkt am Strand und trotzdem alles fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Sehr nettes Personal."

"Frühstück war nur kontinental (Baguette, eine Sorte Käse, Kochschinken, Marmelade. Joghurt, Haferflocken) Andere Dinge (z.B. Eierspeisen) kamen extra. Strandliegen nur in dritter und vierter Reihe, andere Liegen kosteten bis zu 40 Euro extra. Es gab keine Dusch Abtrennung oder wenigstens Vorhang und das Bad war jedesmal komplett nass - daher auch Unmengen an Handtüchern verbraucht."

"Schönes Hotel direkt am Strand. Die Ausstattung ist modern und zweckmässig. Die kleine Küche ist gut ausgestattet und ausreichend sich ein Abendessen, das in den Deliläden etwa 150 Meter weiter gekauft werden kann, aufzuwärmen. gute Strandliegen direkt vor dem Hotel."

"Das Frühstück in der Strandbar vor dem Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen. Continental breakfast ist mehr als mager ausgestattet und oft fehlt es noch an Brot oder Joghurt. Die frischen Früchte sind oft nicht mehr so frisch. Wirkt eher wie Abzocke von Hotelgästen, die geduldet sind. Wir würden bei einem weiteren Besuch das Zimmer ohne Frühstück buchen."

"The room I stayed in on the ground floor had a wonderful balcony with sun loungers facing the pool and ocean view. The room was close to wooden floors, very clean, a very comfortable bed, and an excellent bathroom. There was a well-equipped kitchen. The breakfast surprised me as I was expecting a typical American breakfast, but we had an excellent buffet with a variety of eggs, bacon, cheeses, fruits, etc. The breakfast really exceeded my expectations. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Easy parking, and the hotel is located on the best beach in Saint Martin, Bikini Beach in Orient Bay. The location of the hotel is truly privileged, with several good restaurants nearby, a supermarket close by, and many places to have lunch by the sea. The hotel provided excellent chairs and umbrellas."

"We really enjoyed this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room had a stunning view of the beach. The bed was very comfortable and having a small kitchen area with microwave and mini fridge (that actually stayed cold) was convenient. We enjoyed having free access to beach loungers although the complimentary ones were not front-row, you have to pay extra for that. The location was great, walking distance to many bars, restaurants and a small grocery store."

"I would have appreciated a more substantial included breakfast. It was a continental breakfast with pastries, fruit, yogurt consistent with European expectations. As an American I would have enjoyed something hot like scrambled eggs. They do have dishes you can pay extra for."

"We loved our stay at OBH. The room was lovely, clean, and modern with the convenience of the beach in our backyard. We appreciated your effort to allow us early check in since we arrived early from another resort. We loved having the restaurants nearby, the ease of exchanging beach towels as often as needed, and the availability of your office staff at all times to assist with whatever was needed. The little breakfast buffet at KKO was just enough to jump start our day and then we found Good Morning Cafe in the Village for a more substantial meal if needed. The beds were soooo comfortable I didnt want to get out each morning ! The included chairs at the nearby beach clubs were convenient and comfortable. We are looking forward to a future visit and wish your adorable boutique hotel the best …"

"I would have liked some shade at the pool as none of the chairs have umbrellas. Unfortunately during our time there the seaweed both on the beach and in the water made for undesirable swimming but that of course is not your fault in any way. Just bad timing as I would have loved to see the beach and water at its best !"
