"This property needs more reviews! It’s a hidden gem, in my opinion. It’s not described as luxury but it surely has everything you need! The location is obviously top-notch, how can you beat waking up and walking out onto your porch at the beach? It’s a beautiful view morning till night. Plus, direct access to the sand and lounges/cushions provided. Convenient parking lot, great host and maid, easy check-in, comfortable bed, hot showers, very cold AC, nice bath linens and beach towels. All the kitchen amenities too! Close to all the good restaurants."

"We really enjoyed our stay, check in and out was smooth and flexible. In a quiet area closer to the French side of SM but not too far from the Dutch side. The apartment is lovely, clean and came with everything you would need (kitchen utensils, towels, hair dryer, fans and airco). Communication with the owner is very smooth! Large bed and the couch can also be used as one! So more than enough space. Warm water for showers as well. Lastly, the apartment veranda overlooks the water, so it is a beautiful sight! We were already looking at booking again but unfortunately not available during those days so we would definitely recommend 🤍"

"The location on the beach was perfect. About a 10 walk to the restaurants and beach bars. Unit was a good size for two couples. Quiet unit and has good parking for a small car. Lovely balcony for relaxing overlooking the beach. Laundry in unit worked well."

"Great location 5 min away from the port to go to Anguilla or St. Barths. Beautiful vue of the lagoon. The residence is central yet secluded, so great for a private getaway. The host are quick to respond to any needs. The microwave stoped working and they replaced it within less than 24 hrs. Great place to book for your next stay in St. Martin."

"Great house. Best location ever!!! We enjoyed every minute beeng there. Walking distance to the best beaches on the island. Our host Marie-Julie was very helpful from the day we booked the villa ( over the phone ) and while we stay there till last minute. Thinking of coming back! Thank you very much! P.S. If you are big group of people and like to have a nice comfort chairs on CoCo beach make sure you make a reservation way before you arrive including other great restaurants."

"Em frente ao mar, vista do mar, 2 andares com 3 quartos, sala grande, mesanino, cozinha completa, ar split funcionante em todos os cômodos, suite master maravilhosa. Provavelmente dos melhores locais que já fiquei em viagens nesta faixa de preço. Auto checkin funcionante. Fica ao lado, imediatamente à antes do "Le Petit Hotel" vindo do aeroporto a Grand Case. Facil de achar."

"Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Appartment hat eine moderne Ausstattung mit allem was man braucht. Das Bett ist komfortabel mit einer sehr guten Matratze. Besonders gefallen hat uns der große Balkon mit Blick auf die gesamte Orient Bay. Den großen Pool haben wir nur einmal genutzt, er war aber sehr angenehm. Die Lage des Appartments ist super, ein Auto empfehlenswert. Man kann über den Strand spazieren und erreicht nach ca. 15 Minuten einige sehr gute Beach Bars. Ein kleiner Einkaufsmarkt ist in der Anlage. Aber mit dem Auto ist man auch in 5 Minuten am Supermarkt. Die Kommunikation mit Laurent war hervorragend. Sehr netter Gastgeber, der schnell und immer sehr freundlich geantwortet hat. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen."
