"Ein super Apartment direkt am Strand. Perfekt ausgestattet. Schlüsselübergabe hat wunderbar geklappt obwohl wir fast 2 Stunden später als geplant ankamen. Lag an der langwierigen Passkontrolle am Flughafen. Louis ist sehr nett!!!"

"Unkomplizierte Übergabe der Schlüssel und konnten auch bei der Abreise länger bleiben, gute Lage, sauber, gute Ausstattung, fussläufig sind die meisten Geschäfte, Restaurants in 5--8 min zu erreichen"

"Für 4 Personen ist das Apartment zu klein, es gibt keinen separaten abgetrennten Schlafzimmerraum"

"Excellent location. Accessible by public transportation, but please note that there is no public transportation on Sundays. Walking distance to the Anguilla ferry, bus station, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets, all within a 10-20 minute walk. Amazing view from the balcony. There is a wonderful clean swimming pool and private beach on site. I recommend renting a car to explore the surrounding area, there is plenty of free parking near the residential complex."

"Louis is wonderful host. We came with 2yo boy at 12PM while check in is stated to be from 2PM. He waited for us and made us feel welcome. Our boy broke a vase and we wanted to pay for it, he refused. He let us check out very late as place wasn't booked next day. Apartment itself is cozy, well equipped and has everything you need for short stay. Sea view balcony is just a bonus! Walking distance from Marigot center with shops and restaurants as well as the port. We will be back again when we visit Marigot!"

"It used to be a hotel building so it might be a bit traffic and loud considering number of apartments in the building, but everything else mitigates the annoyance."

"The location was great. The view from the balcony was impecable, we could have seen a glimpse of Anguilla in the distance. We had an appealing view of the beach and in the evening the beautiful sunset was priceless. We were particularly pleased with close proximity to the beach and the children enjoyed the pool. Oh, the shower was very inviting."

"Louis was very kind, the communication perfect, key-handover and the whole organisation extremely uncomplicated. We were even allowed to stay in the apartment until the afternoon on the day of our departure, which we appreciated immensely. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. Good location, close to restaurants and shops. Very helpful information provided in a guest information book"

"The swimming pool is quite plain, looks a bit like a cage, no shade."
