"Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Von hier aus kann man gut die Stadt erkunden. Personal und Service sind erstklassig. Die Betten sind sehr bequem."

"Leider ist der Bereich des Swimmingpools etwas lieblos gestaltet. Die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer ließ sich von uns selber überhaupt nicht steuern, allerdings kam der Techniker sofort und hat sie nach unseren Wünschen eingestellt. Wir hatten das Zimmer ohne Frühstück gebucht uns dann aber nach einigen Tagen entschlossen es doch im Hotel einzunehmen. Was bis Ende 2025 auch ok. war. Am 01.01.2026 wurde das Frühstück dann aber plötzlich ohne Vorwarnung 50% teurer, was wir als definitiv zu teuer empfanden."

"Diesmal hatten wir unser Zimmer nicht auf der ruhigen Poolseite, sondern auf die Strassenseite, die trotz Ausgangssperre mitunter etwas lebhafter ist, dank Hunden und Hupen-earplugs helfen"

The beds were very comfortable, making it easy to rest after a long day. The staff were warm, professional, and always attentive, providing great service throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a good variety of local and international options. The location is very convenient, close to downtown attractions and with easy access to transport. Overall, PARKROYAL Yangon offers a relaxing atmosphere, excellent service, and great value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"I'm not used to staying in 5star hotels, and found staff a little too attentive. Personal prefrerrance is more to open doors myself and carry my own bags....tbf, thats more about me than hotel. Check in seemed a rather lenghty process. Perhaps a little on the expensive side too."

"The breakfast gave a great range of choices both of local food and also a variety of international options. The bar staff were really friendly and the Chinese Restaurant provided a number of really good choices at great value. The staff in the reception area were also wonderful, friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and had a view of the outdoor pool which we used most days during our stay. It is in a convenient location just a short walk from the Bogyoke Market and Junction City shopping complex."

"There are a few signs that the hotel is older than some in Yangon - but it is a wonderful place to stay."

"This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel and would have no hesitation in returning next time I'm in Yagon. The room was spacious and clean with nice touches like a suit stand. The work desk was also appreciated, including the stationery items in the desk draw. Without question the best thing about this hotel is the staff - from the concierge; reception; the restaurant & bar; and the house keeping staff - everyone was friendly, helpful and efficient; exemplifying the nature of the Myanmar people."
