"We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Manager Mr Miller was very helpful during the stay. We lost the phone in the cab on the way to hotel. Mr Miller was very helpful and proactive to help us trace the cab no from hotel CCTV camera. He guided us to the police station and gave the necessary information to liaise with the police. We got the phone back next day, all thanks to help from Manager Mr Miller"

"Super Lage. 5 Min. zum Lisboa Grand Casino, 5 Min. zum Sands Casino (das einzige Casino welches eine Bar besitzt!!!!!!!!!!, aber diese schliesst auch um 22:00). Das Hotel organisiert das Frühstück perfekt (zu viele Leute, zu wenig Platz). Alles in Allem: Super Hotel! Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Würde jederzeit wieder dorthin gehen."
