Room is spacious and clean, comfortable beds, including extra sofa bed. Clean amenities and toiletries, no smell of cigarettes smoke. Breakfast is so so, nothing special, mostly serve Chinese-style breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful from the lobby, front desk and housekeeping, including transport arrangements. Minor comments: Door no soft closing, can be annoying especially at late night; front desk staff should discourage the customers from queue jumping."

"I booked this hotel because I also wanted a good breakfast — and they really delivered. It’s not a European-style breakfast, but European guests will definitely find plenty of good options. Most hotels only offer a Chinese-style breakfast, but here the selection changed over three days and everything was good. The staff is very friendly and tries their best to communicate in English — which is not something you find everywhere. The location is excellent: many casinos nearby, and the main bus station with connections to everywhere is only about 500 meters away. We didn’t need any taxis at all; the bus system is great and inexpensive. The room was high quality, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, we had a great stay. I can definitely recommend this hotel and will gladly come back."
