"I needed to book last minute accommodation and not only was it available late at night, but I was able to communicate with this facility as well as they were able to assist me with a contactless check in at quarter to midnight. Room was more spacious than expected and location was both quiet and convenient distance from the office. Very happy with all aspects of the stay"

"Modernes und sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Hotel an der Ausfallstrasse. Viele Steckdosen und Lichter (aber für meinen Geschmack viel zu kaltes Licht). Viel Platz und zwei Stühle (oft hat es ja trotz Doppelbett nur einen Stuhl...) Schönes, grosses Bad, Klimaanlage und zum ersten Mal im Balkan eine echte Heizung (konnte man brauchen heute). Im Restaurant (nette Einrichtung nach dem Motto "Antik" gut gegessen. Sehr netter Chef, spricht perfekt Deutsch. Viel Grün ums Haus für die Hunde. Gerne wieder!"

Etwas Strassenlärm von Lastwagen, aber nicht schlimm. Die vegetarischen Optionen im Restaurant könnten etwas grösser sein.

Сауну використовувати тоді коли хоче клієнт і не просити включити,більше звертати увагу персоналу на відвідувачів,сидять дві працівниці і жодна не зорієнтувала куди йти і в кого можна щось запитати

"Sauber und einfach eingerichtet. Hat uns für eine Nacht auf der Durchfahrt vollkommen gereicht. Parkplätze vor der Tür. Es wird hauptsächlich Spanisch gesprochen."

Die Dusche war leider kalt. Auch das Personal konnte uns nicht helfen, es gab aber eine kleine Entschädigung.

Staff. The staff should ask before entering the guest's room. A lot of miscommunication: you have to chat via Whatsapp with a person listed on booking and with a generic manager and with another manager. Too complicated.
