Wir haben aus dem Nichts am Tag des Check-in eine Nachricht bekommen, dass der Check-in nur noch in einem sehr knappen Zeitfenster möglich ist. Da dies aber so kurzfristig war, konnten wir das nicht schaffen. Offiziell sollte der Check-in bis 00:00 nachts möglich sein. Wir haben dann angerufen und wollten das klären. Wir wurden dann aber unfreundlich angemeckert. Wir haben keine Nachricht von ihr vorher erhalten, dass eine genaue Check-in Zeit mit ihr abgesprochen werden muss. - Nach dem Check-out haben wir eine Nachricht erhalten, dass das kein Hotel sei. In einem unfreundlich Ton. Auch wenn es sich um eine private Unterkunft handelt, muss sie sich an die angegebenen Check-in Zeiten halten oder zumindest das vorher erfragen. Wir wohnen oft bei privaten Vermietern und haben das noch nie so erlebt. - Wir mussten zusätzlich Geld bezahlen für Strom und AC"

"Wir brauchten eine Unterkunft für eine Nacht und haben sie am Rande der Hauptstadt zu einem guten Preis gefunden. Zu Fuß vom Zentrum von Valletta erreichbar. Kaffee, Tee, Croissant zum Frühstück erhältlich, ich habe sie morgens auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf die Stadt genossen. Magische Atmosphäre..."

"Miriam is a wonderful host. Place surrounded by all sorts of shops and restaurants and is close to Valetta 30 minute walk. Rooms on third floor with beautiful decorations, common space, kitchen and coffee. What else to ask for? Thank you!"

"Great location, very central, the hostess is very kind and friendly. The accommodation was clean and even though there are two rooms, the hostess made sure we were the only ones staying there so we had the whole place to ourselves."

"The location was good because it was super close to the port. So when I arrived late at night I was able to reach the bnb quickly and easily. The wifi didnt work but I slept well and was able to leave my baggage there the next day while I went out to explore the city. The host was lovely and gave me some good tips for visiting Malta!"

"The wifi was spotty and wouldnt connect on my phone. In the morning I had left some food in the fridge for later but the host threw it asay immediately , without asking me"

"Nice location: calm area, close to the bus stops, supermarket, 30 min walking distance to the center of Valetta. I felt safe here. The owner was nice and the room was clean and beautiful. I also could use the fridge and the kettle to make some tea/coffee. There was also a socket adapter provided."

"Location was perfect. Close to Valletta, Close to Sliema. It was a calm neighborhood. The owners of Hidden Gems were amazing. Went above their own comfortzone to please me as a guest. They had valuable suggestions and did everything to make my stay as good as possible."

"Nothing, For this price it is unbelievably good and way better than one should expect. The people of Malta are also really really happy with tourists. They are courteous and happy to help you with whatever you need or need to know. The local bus service is great. Practically all buses are electric and the frequency of the rides is high."
