"Schlafzimmer: Bett ist sehr bequem. Einen Schrank gibt es nicht, sondern ein Gestell, an dem man Kleidung aufhängen kann und evtl. einen Koffer abstellen. Steckdosen mit Adaptersteckern sind vorhanden. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden und funktionieren einwandfrei. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, die ihren Job zuverlässig erledigt."

"Wir waren nicht glücklich mit der Unterkunft. Auf unsere enttäuschte Rückmeldung hin hat Konrad sofort Unterstützung angeboten, aber hier hätte nur eine gründliche Reinigung oder besser eine Renovierung geholfen. Küche: Im Winter nicht zu empfehlen, da sehr kühl und ungemütlich (keine Heizmöglichkeit). Aus dem dunklen Keller-Treppenschacht direkt neben dem Esstisch riecht es muffig — unten befindet sich wohl die (nicht benutzbare) ausgelobte zweite Toilette. Von hier zieht kalte Luft nach oben. Die Küche ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet und ziemlich dunkel. Balkon: Der Balkon ist in Wirklichkeit ein kleiner Erker mit Platz für einen Stuhl, also kein Außenbereich Bad: Dusche mit zuverlässig heißem Wasser, aber verschimmelten Dichtungen. Es gibt keinen Haken oder irgendwelche Abstellflächen (für Handtücher, Waschbeutel). Der Duschvorleger müsste dringend mal gewaschen werden. Das Gestell für die Toilettenrollen ist verrostet Fazit: Lage gut, netter Kontakt, einige Ausstattungsmerkmale sind sehr gut, aber: die Fotos sind SEHR geschönt. Nicht sauber, nicht wirklich komfortabel und v. a. nicht empfehlenswert für Leute, die sich tagsüber auch mal in der Wohnung aufhalten wollen."

"Lovely traditional Maltese town house in a fantastic situation in the old town of Valletta. Next to Merchants Street with all its restaurants, cafes and food market.Easy access to the town centre and bus station. The house is really well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.There is a washing machine, drier and an oven with cooking rings, also a coffee maker complete with pods. Having two bathrooms was really useful.The neighbours are so friendly and entertaining, they even came out to say goodbye as we left. The host Konrad is very helpful and we had excellent communication with him, he gave us a bottle of wine and some local biscuits which was a very nice touch.We would definitely stay here again."

"The accommodation would have benefited from a small sofa for comfort where there is an unnecessary breakfast bar. There was no heating in the kitchen, dining, living area and as there is no natural sunlight, it was very cold in the mornings and evenings when we were there. There was an unpleasant smell in this room also at times. The toilet lid upstairs was difficult to keep open during use and the toilet flush was not always adequate. However, apart from the heating, the issues were minor and we loved the location."
