"Das Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmern, Küche, Wohnzimmer, Bad mit WC+Dusche+Badewanne, zusätzliches Bad uvm. war auf einen modernen Stand. Alle 3 Zimmer haben einen modernen Fernseher mit Netflix & Co. Küchenausstattung für Selbstverpfelgung ausreichend gut und die Balkone waren auf 2 Seiten je nach Sonne gut ausnutzbar. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, ist stark einsehbar von allen Seiten, aber erschien sauber. Hausmeister vor Ort regelte für mehrere Gebäude die Ordnung & Sauberkeit. Fahrstuhl im Haus unbedingt zu erwähnen - TOP für Etage 5!"

"Der Ausblick ist nicht so toll, da man auf die Hauptstraße schaut und nur einen kleinen Küstenteil erblicken kann. Hunde im Haus bellten ab und zu. Und Aber ansonsten ist die Unterkunft absolut zu empfehlen, auch für Familie mit 2-3 Kindern."

"Only that we couldn't use the freezer as draws were frozen shut. But with having 4 kids it's a must. Possibly due to weather being excecesivly hot and freezers work overtime in the heat.Could maybe think about a secure area to store luggage for evening flights, there is a storage facility but its quite a way from the apartment."

"The apartment was spacious and well equipped with good air conditioning. The pool was was nice and generally empty when we were there. Onsite free parking. Grocery/Pharmacy shops nearby. Good base for driving anywhere in Malta."

"The loungers at the pool were owned by different apartments and chained up - there weren't any for our apartment. The wifi sporadically lost connection to the internet. Spinola Bay was near but tricky to walk to because of the road layout - easy to drive though."

"Really spacious, clean and comfy, In a great location a few mins walk from Spinola bay, shop at bottom of the road. Nice quiet block, the kitchen is really well equipped, like really really well equipped!!! Any requests were responded to really quickly as well by agent/landlord. We will seek to stay here every time we come to see family in Malta, this will be our first port of call for accommodation. You won’t be disappointed, plenty of room for a family of 4, close enough to everything but far enough removed you can’t hear pubs/clubs busy parts of island such as paceville and st Julian’s/spinola bay. Sofa bed really comfy in lounge also, not a cheap futon type. Big rooms, lovely bathroom and extra toilet. Absolute gem of a place. Also got us in really quickly as we had to book late due to unforeseen circumstances, can’t fault the property or those managing it at all. Although it’s 5th floor there is a lift so don’t let that put you off, lovely views back over Malta"

"Nothing really. We had a couple of small issues, but these were addressed on the day by property team and not something they could have foreseen, problems can always arise but it’s how they’re dealt with, and they dealt with them efficiently. Our only issue being the smoke detector started beeping regularly as batteries were low, one message sent and it was sorted before we got home."
