St.Joseph Apartment

"Der Vermieter Konrad war persönlich zur Übergabe vor Ort und hat uns alles kurz erklärt. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Maltesischen Wein und etwas zum Knabbern dazu. Das war sehr aufmerksam. Das Apartment ist zentral und absolut ruhig gelegen. Nach ca. 6 bis 8 Minuten Fußmarsch befindet man sich am Hafen und der Hafenpromenade mit Restaurants und Bars. WLAN Verbindung war sehr gut. Klimaanlagen haben sehr gut funktioniert und sind notwendig, da die Wohnung unerträglich heiß wird"

"Leider ist auf Malta zur Hauptsaison a die Parkplatzsituation extrem schlecht. So war es auch vor der Unterkunft. Wenn man aber einen kurzen Fußmarsch in Kauf nimmt, findet sich immer ein Parkplatz. Die Unterkunft könnte eine kleine Auffrischung vertragen. Leider war das Doppelbett für uns unerträglich hart."

"The apartment was exactly as described and photos were very accurate. It was very well equipped. The beds were very comfy. The bedrooms were a good size with wardrobes and drawers. The roof terrace was amazing. The location was great with buses, restaurants and shops close by."

"The accommodation was spacious, very clean, and perfectly located – everything is close by and the view is absolutely beautiful. Communication with the host was excellent, and we really appreciated the nice touch of wine and crackers. The only small downsides were that the beds could be a bit more comfortable and the towels had a slight smell, as if they’d been folded while still damp. Overall, a lovely stay and we’d be happy to come back!"

"Travelled with family for one week stay in Malta. Apartment met our needs. Equipped with furnitures, AC and utensils. Up next floor is terrace, when you can spend romantic evenings with glass of wine :) Nearby area is good communicated with other parts of island by bus routes. There are couple of restaurants, playgounds, walkways and small beaches in Marsasakala region. Good contact with owner which gave us clear inctruction while checkin and some tips, when we had some questions and concerns"

"The apartment was very well equiped. There was everything we needed. The location is quiet, close to the centre/harbour. The selectiion of TV channels was unbelievable. We could even watch all our channels. We did not because we explored Malta but we could have. Thank you, Konrad, for a wondeful stay."

"I would have welcomed a hairdryer since the baggage allowance on lowcost flights is limited I did not bring mine, however, it is not needed most of the time in Malta. Just a tiny detail."

"The neighbourhood around the apartment is really quiet. Walking 5 min down the road, u find the bus stops that bring u everywhere, shops, cafes, restaurants, fresh fruits and veggies, and a lovely coast to walk along. 10min walk to the nearest beach. The air conditioning was essential during the heatwave. Lovely strong shower, great furnishings and appliances in geneal. Mr. Konrad was lovely and really helpful. He gave us some biscuits and wine on arrival. He also helped us recommending the taxi driver (Mr. Rosario) that brought us to the airport at 3am. Great experience overall."

"The heat in the sitting room was a bit overwhelming. There is a ceiling fan, but it is not enough."
