Set in the popular seaside resort of Bugibba, Hotelanlage Topaz is less than 10 minutes' walk from the beach. It offers indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a large sun terrace with sun loungers. Rooms are air conditioned and feature a TV and en suite bathroom. Some have a balcony and some overlook the outdoor Entspannungspool. The Emerald Café is open all year round at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The indoor beheizter pool is heated and is open during winter. The outdoor Schwimmanlage has a children's paddling area.

"ca.28m² , französisches Bett+Singlebett, riesiges Bad +Wanne, Balkon, dunkle, gemütliche Holzmöbel. Jeden Tag komplett picobello geputzt. Frühstück phänomenal: kaltes/ heißes Büffet mit Bedienung( siehe Fotos) , super freundlich. Sorgsame+ schnelle Kellner, nicht auf Trinkgeld sondern v.a. auf Kundenzufriedenheit ausgerichtet/ konzentriert. Rezeption und Restaurant waren unglaublich zuvorkommend und liebenswürdig. Die blonde Serbin Bojana aus der Restaurantleitung fand mein Handy auf der öffentlichen Toilette des Hotels und versuchte alles, um es mir zurückzubringen. Das informierte Personal freute sich von Herzen über mein Glück. Wir werden auf Malta sicher nur noch im Topaz wohnen. Auch Freunde haben wir davon überzeugt. "Fab staff. Spotless room. Good facilities. Very welcoming & nothing too much hassle. It's not all glitz and glam, but it's a lovely peaceful place to be when in Malta at a very very good price. As a family we loved it. As a hotel manager myself I couldn't fault the staff they were amazing. The buffet meals were fab. Before we arrived I had read reviews that were not favourable and was concerned, but I needn't have worried. We would absolutely stay at the Topaz again. We were so relaxed and comfortable."
"We had a wee issue with a leak from above the room, but, handled well by staff. (The only reason our score was marked below a 10). Not so much a "didn't like". There are upgrades going on which didn't bother us at all, it was good to see. But other guests may moan."

"Ruhige Lage in zweiter Reihe zur Uferpromenade. Viel Platz mit zwei Bädern. Das Appartement ist ziemlich neu und hervorragend ausgestattet. Parken ist zwar nicht unmittelbar vor dem Haus, aber in der Nähe möglich. Freundlicher Vermieter, der zum check-in dabei ist. An der Uferpromenade viele Restaurants."
