"Very kind and thoughtful owners who were always there to help in case there is anything we needed. We felt very welcome in their home. Lovely freshly prepared breakfast every morning - we never ate the same thing twice and got to taste some nice dishes. Riviere Coco is a very peaceful location - we enjoyed our stay a lot and would come again if we are ever in Rodrigues in the future!"

"Les hôtes étaient très chaleureux, bienveillants. Le petit déjeuner (changeant tous les jours, sucré-salé, je me suis TOUS LES JOURS régalée) sur la terrasse en hauteur permettait de commencer la journée avec une super vue montagne. Scooter à disposition sur place, ma chambre était indépendante, avec petite terrasse très agréable, équipée de ce qu’il fallait (frigo, micro-onde, grande douche)"

"The hosts were very friendly and very helpful. I appreciated the ride to and from the airport which was included in my booking. I had booked this reservation under another name so I am not sure why the change in name. TV had some English channels. I did have to pay extra to have air conditioning which I wasn’t expecting. It was very hot and very noisy at night. I could not have survived without air conditioning. As a solo female traveller I would not have slept with any doors or windows open. Between stray dogs barking, roosters and hens making noise all night and hearing a lot of people I did not sleep well at all. I couldn’t imagine anyone not needing air and even though I was only charged 5 Euro for one night I think it should be included. The host was very kind and made coffee and an egg. I had not requested breakfast or any meals and I had been asked a few times before I arrived. I always said no as I have food allergies. No hair dryer in the room."
"For me the location, noise at night, so glad only there one night. Not much to do in the area at all and I didn’t have a car. I didn’t feel I should walk alone so basically didn’t venture out much at all."

"Nous avons aimé la literie, le repas du soir. L'accueil et la réactivité des hôtes. L'emplacement du logement est plutôt bien situé. La terrasse est grande, agréable."
"Un petit bémol pour le prix du petit déjeuner qui semble un peu élevé au vu de la consistance. Nous avons été étonné par la demande de 5 Euros par nuit pour la Climatisation. La chambre étant assez petite, il fait vite chaud. La chasse d'eau des toilettes n'étant pas vraiment efficace, cela peut amener un dérangement pour les prochains voyageurs. Enfin, la gestion de l'eau chaude est prévue de 6-9h et 18-21h mais pour autant nous n'avons pas pu en bénéficier la dernière nuit. Il est recommandé de venir seul ou en couple dans ce logement."

"Die Besitzer der Unterkunft sind immer via WhatsApp erreichbar und können alles für einen fairen Preis organisieren. So wurde uns ein Taxi in den Norden geschickt, um uns abzuholen und die Bootsfahrt zur Ile Aux Cherf am Tag zuvor organisiert. Sie sind rundum damit beschäftigt deinen Aufenthalt sehr angenehm zu gestalten. Zum Strand wurden wir sogar gebracht von Vasha. Die Überfahrt zur Ile Aux Cherf und auch anderen Inseln, ist fußläufig erreichbar, Sowie Restaurants und Kioske. Vasha hat uns zudem Frühstück zubereitet, welches nicht im Preis inkludiert gewesen ist und es gab jeden Tag neue Kaffee Kapseln. Es ist eine schön großzügige Wohneinheit in einem Teil von einheimischen. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche und das warm Wasser liefen hier ohne Probleme. Die Strände an der Ostseite sind wunderschön, jedoch windiger, man kann gut entlang laufen.. zum Abschied ist Vasha extra früh gekommen, da sie diesen persönlich machen wollte."

"Die Wohnung ist recht neu, großzügig und geräumig. Die Lage am Ende des Ortes, was uns nicht gestört hat. Den Pool haben wir nicht benutzt, wir waren lieber im Meer. Andrea ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Top Dusche, Top Küche."

"The apartment was only a short walk to both Trou de Douce beach and a restaurant. It was clean and had a large living area and lounge room and a spacious terrace. The bedrooms were a good size."

"Host was very accommodating even though our stay was just for one night they agreed to accommodate us even though it’s not normal practice for most villa owners. Some fresh lemonade was left in the fridge for us on arrival which was amazingly delicious. The villa is well equipped with a nice pool and plenty of games for the kids. All rooms has Air-con which made our stay very confortable considering the heat. Even though it’s was a short stay for us we were very happy."
