"Der Strand war wunderschön. Tolle Bepflanzungen und schöne Gehwege. Die Zimmer waren optisch auch sehr schön."

"Wir hatten unser Zimmer im Dachgeschoss. Leider war es dadurch sehr laut. Viel Wind und Tiere auf dem Dach welche uns nächtlich geweckt haben."

"Overall it was nice. The ambience was amazing. However at the end upon checking out at the reception, they almost charged us of consuming multiple beverages from the fridge in our previous room ( we switched rooms). We never took anything from the fridge during our entire stay. It’s either the cleaning people consumed the beverages or they just sneakily put it in your tab just to see if you noticed the charged. Luckily we checked the bill. If we didn’t they would’ve charged us for something we never took. So check the bill always."

"Pros: Convenient location. Excellent and aesthetic facilities. Bicycles available at no extra cost. Spacious room with ocean view, outside terrace, and rooftop plunge pool. A/C was working greatly. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Friendly and attentive staff--Javier (front desk), Javier (beach bar), and Christian and July (guest services) were particularly exceptional. Food and drinks (from Maresias, as we didn't try Ocumare) were great. The beach area was clean and smooth (compared to other areas of Tulum where the beach is rocky and rough), with excellent DJ/music. Despite some similarities, we liked it better than its sister hotel, Nomade (where we went for lunch one day)."

"Cons: We were unable to check in before 4:30pm. Prices were a bit steep (as is most of Tulum)."

"The Closeness to the beach. The service at the beach restaurant and on the beach. The food was great. Music also great."

"Room lights too dark. Room constantly full of sand. That system with the bowl outside of the door doesn’t work. Lobby & front restaurant really dated. Which left us with one restaurant. Some strategic planting would really make outdoor showers private. Pools outside rooms dangerous to enter, freezing cold water, not private. Certain pool types (rimless) flow over the wall into areas where the water just sits and attracts a million mosquitoes. Which then make it into the room. Need to get that water moving or use smoke bombs. Sargrasso was obviously a problem"

"On a beautiful beach with cushy daybeds. Big and comfortable room. Loved the outdoors shower. Good food and nice design. We went during the week and it was quiet and relaxing."

"A bit far from the main area where most the restaurants are. The personnel was very kind and cordial but not very efficient. They gave us the wrong closing time to visit the ruins which was a bummer. The spa prices were very steep"
