"Die Lage war sehr gut, das Zimmer sehr sauber, der Meeresblick wunderschön."

"Als wir angekommen sind, haben wir ein Zimmer bekommen, was nicht renoviert war. Die Balkontür war undicht, sodass es sehr laut war. Im Badezimmer war nur ein Gitter und kein Fenster, sodass die Straßengeräusche ebenfalls sehr laut waren. Im Badezimmer fehlte ein Haartrockner, den wir separat über die Rezeption ausgeliehen haben. Der Empfang der Kanäle vom Fernseher ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die Matratze war zu weich, Das war auf jeden Fall kein 4*-Standard. Wir sind dann gegen Aufpreis in ein renoviertes Zimmer umgezogen. Dort war alles in Ordnung."

"Die Lage ist sehr schön. Sehr nah an Puerto Vallarta, mit der Bushaltestelle for der Haustür. Ein Plus ist das Restaurant und der Mini Market im Hotel. Sehr sauber und die Angestellten sehr freundlich."

"Schwimmen im Meer ist leider nur auf den durch Steine abgegrenzten Bereich möglich. Vorteil ist , das dadurch die Wellen geringer sind. Zimmer die oberhalb der Straße liegen sind wegen der Straße recht laut. Das Restaurant ist teuer im Vergleich."

"Frig didn't work, but was quickly replaced. Microwave on top of frig. Took down and placed on luggage rack. One hour (not in attendance rule) for saving lounge chairs not enforced. No smoking on balcony law not enforced. High prices at bar, restaurant and store."

"The food was fantastic at the onsite restaurant. The hotel is quaint, the staff friendly. The hotel is small and intimate which leads to a friendlier atmosphere amongst the patrons. Henry the activities coordinator was fantastic. The pool was lovely, and the lagoon in front of the hotel was beautiful, although protected, it was sometimes too rough to get in and out of safely, if you are of an age..."

"As the hotel is older our room had an air conditioner that was adequate but difficult to control. The toilet did not flush well. The refrigerator door could wake the dead when you opened it lol. There were two stovetop burners that had to be lit by a match which was something one doesn't have to do often, but they worked. A lighter would have been better as the humidity made the matches provided difficult to light."

"The room was abit dirty and extremely humid. The decor is heavily outdated and it is a pity that the terrace is made of concrete blocking the actual ocean view, even though you are right on the ocean."
