"Die Lage ist unglaublich! Ich würde keine andere Unterkunft buchen, wenn ihr zu den Wasserfällen wollt. Man hört das Wasser im Bett. Geht aufjedenfall die Route bis zum mirador! Haben wir mit Kleinkind in der trage gemacht. Easy und wir waren komplett alleine! Die Route startet am Ende des Hotels, hinter dem Restaurant."

"Es war schade, dass das Restaurant nicht auf hatte als wir kamen. Sie hatten unsere Buchung bei Booking nicht gesehen, vielleicht lag es daran. Mit 2,5-Jöhrigem Kind etwas schwierig. Der comedor in der Nähe wurde uns empfohlen. Hatte leider zu. Es gibt noch einen „Pizza“ Laden in der Stadt. Morgens konnten wir frühstücken! Mit Auto gut zu erreichen, ja klar, die letzten 10km sind anstrengend, aber wussten wir vorher. Es ist mit dem collectivo möglich, mit kind war ich froh über das Auto."

"Wunderschöne Lage mit hübschen Cabanas und Badestelle an den Wasserfällen. Es gibt einen angelegten Wanderweg durch den Dschungel mit Tunnel, interessanten Felsformationen und einem spektakulären Aussichtspunkt. Mit etwas Muße kann man auch Tiere beobachten. Das Restaurant bietet einfache, leckere mexikanische Gerichte."

"W-LAN ist nicht sehr gut und funktioniert nur an der Rezeption, was aber mehr Zeit zum Genießen lässt. Für Aleinreisende hätte ich mir eine Preisvergünstigung gewünscht."

"Absolut top top top Lage direkt am Wasserfall. Das Restaurant bietet einen direkten Blick auf die Wasserfälle und man kann vor den Cabañas Baden."

"The restaurant wasn't open at night and had very few things in the morning. The road to get there is horrible."

"The sound of the river and all the nature around the property is simply stunning. We loved the fact that you can bathe in the river bank, much appreciated with such heat 🥵. We also appreciated that there was good food and service at the restaurant. Another plus is that they take credit cards: they strip you out of cash in the area, EVERYONE demands cash, but there isn't a single ATM anywhere near."

"The fans in the room were way too noisy. If you turn them off it's impossible to sleep because of the heat. It'd be nice if someone took on responsibility to fix the road leading to and from Las Nubes."

"It’s an amazing facility and Las Nubes is a very pretty village. Highly recommend the self-guided jungle walks nearby."

"In the wet season the noise from the very nearby cascades can be quite noisy, especially in the restaurant. Unless you are an intrepid traveler and have time, I don’t recommend traveling there on public transport. To get to or from the resort to the main road (Carretera Fronteriza) can be tricky and staff weren’t able to help."
