"Das Exe Cities Reforma Hotel überzeugt durch seine sehr zentrale Lage in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Die Umgebung ist durch die grüne Gestaltung der Anwohner besonders ansprechend. Geschäfte, Restaurants und Cafes sind fußläufig erreichbar, was den Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel macht. Das historische Zentrum ist in etwa 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, und diverse Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie Museen befinden sich in der Nähe. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die eigene abgeschlossene und überwachte Garage, die für Gäste mit Auto sehr praktisch ist. Heißes Wasser zum Duschen ist ebenfalls vorhanden."

"Ein kleiner Nachteil ist die typisch mexikanische hellhörige Bauweise, die es schwierig machen kann, absolute Ruhe zu finden. Ein weiterer Punkt, der verbessert werden könnte, ist das sehr schlecht englischsprachige Hotelpersonal."

"great location for me, i like this part of the city a lot. bed was comfy, hotel amenities were good, breakfast was nice, staff were really helpful, was able to leave my things when i checked out and come back around midnight for them. the facilities are kinda dated but for such a great price this doesn’t matter to me. my room had a spa bath which was awesome after a long flight."

"We were only there for one night but had an excellent experience right from the moment we walked into the hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We especially want to say thank you to Montaserratta (sp?) who was very helpful and offered us great recommendations on how to travel throughout the city and find good places to eat in the neighbourhood. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel was quiet considering it is very close to Reforma, a very busy street. Also well located to the Reforma 222 shopping mall which we were happy to find out, and public transportation was right around the corner as well (which is very clean, safe, inexpensive, and well serviced! ) The shower was also excellent and we thought the size of the room (king bed) was perfect for two people. Great value for the price paid! We will be back! Gracias por todo!"

"Daily cleaning was lovely, air conditioner, showers and amenities including water and coffee was great. Location was very good, walking distance everywhere or a quick uber ride. Bed was very comfortable."
