"Direkt am Strand mit Sonnenschirmen, darüber hinaus gibt es noch einen großen Pool. Die Zimmer haben Meerblick und sind sehr sauber. Das Bad ist sehr groß."

"Leider hört man das Nachtleben von Mazatlan fast ungefiltert im Zimmer (Oyster Bar und Casino). Das Wasser im Bad ist sehr langsam abgeflossen."

"I'd have to say there's not much to not like. The only thing was that in the resort is a restaurant/bar "Joe's" with music till like 3 to 4am. Not daily, but for sure, it keeps you up."

"Our room was large, we had a bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a couch, TV, mini fridge, and microwave. The view from the 7th floor was beautiful. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Swimming pool and outdoor area was very nice. Food was good."

"Only issue we had was the noise from a club next door. First night was horrible. Seemed like the room was vibrating till about 4:30 in the morning when it finally stopped. The rest of the nights were much better. We could still hear the music, but could sleep through it."

"The location was absolutely perfect. Walkable to many restaurants and the malecon. The pool was nice and big and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a plumbing issue which was resolved within 30 minutes so no complains there. Room was very spacious. Beds were comfortable and clean."

"My main complain was the WIFI, it really really sucked. If you expect to work from there as I did, you may have issues. It was very slow and constantly disconnecting. Unfortunately since I'm always working, even on vacations, I cannot stay there again even though I really liked the place. It was also very noisy which, we have no problem as we are heavy sleepers but I can see how it can be an issue for others. I overheard other couples complaining about this specific issue as well so take that into account."

"Spacious room, good air conditioning, great location on the golden zone. Big bed, although a little soft for our preference. We had a nice breakfast at the beach grill, and the staff were very friendly."

"Not enough lifts, we always had to wait and because our room was on the (top) 8th floor it wasn't practical to go with the stairs. We also had a lot of noise at night from the restaurant next door, had to wear earplugs."

"It is well located, next to the beach, it has a lot of facilities if it is what are you looking for. The staff was helpful and nice. For Mazatlan I believe it’s one of the best places to stay when it comes to value for the price."

"It is a very big resort so it can be a bit loud, but if it’s what you are looking for it’s good. I noticed something in the bathroom that I didn’t like - there is a great big bathtub which has a wrong inclination so water doesn’t really drain properly and tends to stay there. On the other had though everything was very clean."
