"Personal gibt es im Grunde nur an der Rezeption, da gab es eine sehr unfreundliche wortkarge Frau, die nicht mal gegrüßt hat. Die anderen waren sehr nett. Frühstück war ok, aber die Öffnungszeiten waren nicht sehr praktisch."

"Auch wenn es von außen auf den ersten Blick nicht so super war, waren wir von unserem Aufenthalt überzeugt. Unser Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten, sehr sauber und das Bett bequem. Großer Bonuspunkt war die Rooftop-Terasse auf der man einen atemberaubenden Blick über die Stadt hatte und sogar den Sonnenaufgang sowie den Sonnenuntergang sehen konnte. Wer auf der Suche nach einem Luxushotel ist, wird hier nicht fündig. Aber Reisende, die ein sauberes Zimmer und ein Hotel in guter Lage suchen, sind hier genau richtig. Wir würden das Hotel aufjedenfall noch einmal buchen!"

"I really enjoyed the size of the room and the kitchen. The hotel provides a box with all kitchenware for free, if you ask. My room was fully renovated and the bed was really comfortable. The location is great, just about 5-7 minutes from La Reforma."

"As I was on the top floor, I was a little surprised by the sense that the building was slightly shaking when big vehicles were passing by the road underneath. However I was told that this is normal in the area and it is safe. There is some noise from outside but again, normal for hotels in front of a big road."

"Great space and value for money, very well located, shower is amazing and having a kitchenette gives you options to customise your stay to your needs, including preparing your own breakfast if you need to leave early. Hotel breakfast is delicious in terms of what's being prepared by the cook, like eggs, chilaquiles and pancakes. We were able to be given a room at an earlier time by paying extra for early check in, which was very accommodating as we arrived tired and restless by midday to the hotel, we appreciated that. You can also leave your bags to be stored at your convenience for check in and check out time."

"The rest of the breakfast area leaves a lot to be desired. Cereal machines are heavily damaged, coffee is not nice, there's no milk to eat along with the cereals, and juices are horrible and tasteless. Besides that, one person working to cook and serve everyone is not enough, the poor cook has to deal with a lot of things to do at the same time, please invest to hire a waiter to assist her! Room was in renovations so the repairs could be easily seen in the walls, not nice. Pillows are not very comfortable either, especially the bigger ones."

"The location is perfect to move around the most popular sightseeing in CDMX. Angel de la independencia is just a couple of minutes away in a walking distance, Chapultepec is also reachable by foot in around 45 minutes. I booked the room also with breakfast and it was very good, it is not an all you can eat but you get fresh fruit, a pancake and an omelette, the view from the breakfast room is also very nice. The lady in the breakfast room is extremely friendly and was welcoming us every morning with a smile and even remembering our order. I would recommend it."

"This was perfect for a short lay over in Mexico City, easy access,, even though it was close to a well trafficked road the noice wasn’t bad! Nice restaurants within a walking distance in a safe neighbourhood. The hotel is very simple, but has what you need. The lady who prepared the breakfast was absolutely lovely!!!"
