"Schönes Hotel! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man konnte auch dort frühstücken. Das Hotel hat einen großen Hof und oben eine sehr schöne Terrasse wo man sich hinsetzen kann zum entspannen. Das Viertel hat mehrere Restaurants und Cafés. Nachts war es sehr ruhig dennoch. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Ein Mitarbeiter war immer vor Ort zum aufmachen was mir persönlich gut gefallen hat, da ich den Eindruck von mehr Sicherheit hatte, was ich persönlich als Alleinreisende sehr gut fand. Unten an der Rezeption konnte man Getränke kaufen. Das Hotel ist in Jalatlaco und nah am Zentrum(10 Min zu Fuß). Für die Anreise mit dem Auto bin mir nicht sicher, aber ich glaube die haben die Möglichkeit das Auto unterzubringen. Da müsste man anfragen. Ich würde jederzeit hier wieder übernachten."

"It was pretty conveniently located. Staff were nice and helpful. Beautiful courtyard, with birds in the trees."

"It was hard to get to because of all the one-way streets, but that's not their fault. Each room came with a free 500ml water bottle, but the rest you had to buy. The rooms come with one physical key, so if the people are splitting up, you have to coordinate so someone doesn't get locked out. (This is pretty common in Mexico, from our experience. So didn't impact the score, but just good to know if you're a few people sharing a room). Also, the "included parking" is a couple blocks away, and they have to let you in/out with a key, so someone has to walk you over. Also, while the room itself was nicely laid out, the sheets were a bit scratchy, so maybe not great for someone with sensitive skin."

"Great family run hotel in the historic Jalatlaco neighbourhood, lovely courtyard filled with wildlife and all of the family owned birds. Also has a terrace to relax on upstairs attached to the terrace of the cafe below, which overlooks the church, which is perfect for when not exploring Oaxaca. Also they provide a free basic breakfast which was a nice surprise!"

"I stayed in a room by one of the shared bathrooms which was a little noisy when people used it due to the cistern filling really slowly, but I asked to move which they said was no problem and didn't have any issues after that."

"Because of the separate/shared bathroom you had to go out for the shower (mosquitoes) and the tree in the middle that dropped fruits that were smeared across the hallways. Rooms were small, but we knew that."
