"I have stayed at, and reviewed, this hotel multiple times. Each year I observe improvements, upgrades to the rooms."
"I prefer firm mattresses, but this visit the pillows were rock-hard and at times I had difficulty getting to sleep. Though not the responsibility of the hotel, a business nearby sponsored a late-night event lasting until about 1 a.m. which made getting to sleep that one night difficult."
