"Das Zimmer hat mir sehr gefallen, es war groß und gut gestaltet, hatte ein gutes Bett von dem aus man durch Palmen auf das Meer sehen konnte, Schreibtisch, Kühlschrank, Sessel auf dem Balkon. Ich wäre gerne länger geblieben."

"Aber mich hat das helle Straßenlicht die ganze Nacht durch gestört, besonders morgens wenn ich noch vor Sonnenaufgang draußen sitzen wollte. Die Geräusche der belebten Fußgänger Zone waren nur am Wochenende abends ziemlich laut und der Strand sehr belebt. In der Dusche hat mir eine Handbrause gefehlt, da ich nicht bei jedem Duschen auchn meine Haare waschen will."

"We actually stayed at AllRiviera across the street. It is their sister hotel. It was awesome and we were right on the beach. Very friendly to us although we speak very very little spanish. We loved it!!!"

"Nice location, our suite had great view, comfortable bed, but no kettle for hot water etc. big one space with two chairs table bed and fridge. Free sunbeds, good WiFi, nice staff who kept our luggage all day before leaving. It’s good deal for the money with great location IMPORTANT: Be careful from the guy named Frank who is selling tours on the left side from hotel entrance ( same building) he falsely stated he is giving discount to people from hotel and in fact he is giving overpriced tours, we agree to book and payed for Deluxe package for Chichen itza while we got just Basic one. When I told him this he rudely said that he gave us this because we didn’t pay him more to earn and didn’t book second tour with him, be careful he is Scammer ! Do NOT book with him, at corner with 5 th avenue there is nice lady selling correct tours at 20% less price !"

"Hotel bien ubicado a pasos de la 5 avenida y el portal Maya, con vista al mar, le falta algunos detalles de mantenimiento, pequeños que hace la diferencia.personla muy amable y lo bueno q cuenta con agua calentita y fría en el Hall de entrada.la cama super king muy cómoda,."
