"Die Größe des Standardzimmers wird mit 65 Quadratmetern angegeben. Unser Zimmer hatte vielleicht ein Drittel der Größe (was das Hotel allerdings bestreitet). Es gab Platz für das Bett & einen Stuhl, nicht einmal ein einziger Sessel hätte mehr Platz gefunden. Für ein Hotel dieser Klasse und für den Preis unangemessen!"

"Privacy incident: We ordered room service and were waiting for it at the balcony/terrace of our suite, a few minutes later a waiter is entering the terrace from the suite with the food, so he had entered the room unannounced. We didn't hear the doorbell ringing. Next day I took this issue to the front desk, expecting an apology but didn't get it. They shrugged it off, explaining the waiter probably rang the bell, didn't get a response and entered the room (as they have master keys). After this, front desk staff stopped making eye contact with me and stopped saying hello as they had been doing before."

The place is so beautiful, the location right on the sea, great swimming pools where you can actually swim properly, beautiful restaurant overlooking the bay, but the thing that exceded my expectations was the staff who made you feel at home, welcome and special at all times, and the attentions to detail."
