"Extrem freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Es war sauber, der Pool war schön, es war nicht zu überfüllt, eine kleine überschauliche Hotelanlage mit einem schönen Zimmer und guten Betten."

"Die Lage ist gut,wenn man ein Auto hat. Zu Fuß ist alles zu weit,zu dreckig und zu gefährlich. Der Pool ist absolut super,das Zimmer mit Balkon mit Meerblick klasse,Klimaanlage funktioniert prima,alles sauber,Dusche sehr sehr gut.Denisse, die unser Zimmer geputzt hat war sehr freundlich."

"The rooms are very clean and roomy enough for what we needed, there room to hang a few items in the space provided and a few drawers and shelves to place other items. Upon arrival there was a bottle of water for each of us which we could then keep and refill at the water station in the lobby when whenever we needed. The restaurant is very nice and the food was excellent. The staff are very friendly and the manager speaks excellent English Some of the other staff don't speak much English but they try very hard and communication was fairly easy. I liked the location as it was was fairly central and it was easy for us to walk to where we wanted to go. Santa Cruz beach was only a 15 minute walk. La Crucecita was 20mins and Chahue beach was only 10 minutes away"
"The water pressure for the showers is not great and sometimes the water was a bit cool if you are showering late afternoon, it would be n also be nice if there was a kettle or coffee maker in the room"
