"this is a really nice and comfy hotel, located in the hearth of San Pedro Garza Garcia, and it make you feel you are in a nice house in a country house as it has the atmosphere to be in a posh ranch.!!"

One afternoon, when I took a shower, there was only lukewarm water (almost cold), and I attributed the high water consumption to the lack of hot water..I did not complain to the administration, but they might find a solution to this situation and prevent it for the future if they read this note."
