"Der Bungalow mit großem Bad war traumhaft schön und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ebenfalls wunderschön. Auch das Essen im Restaurant war toll :-)"

"Abgetrenntes WC wäre angenehmer. Wenn die Nachbarn laut sind oder unerlaubt rauchen, hat man den Eindruck, man sitzt in derselben Unterkunft. Leider so viele Algen am Strand so dass man nicht wirklich ins Meer konnte."

"Schöne und gut top ausgebaute Hütten, direkt am Strand (die Unterkünfte auf der anderen, vom Strand getrennten Straßenseite können wir nicht beurteilen). Sehr geräumige Dusche mit wirklich heißem Wasser. Tägliche Reinigung und Wäschewechsel. Essen- und Getränkeservice an die Liege top! Gutes Essen im Restaurant!"

"Beautiful pool and garden area - we spent lots of time relaxing there. The rooms are well equipped, spacious and very comfortable. The restaurant area has lots of games you can play. Staff were friendly and responsive."

"The beach is way smaller than it looks in the photos (which means if there’s sargasson you can’t really get in the sea) and it’s right by the road. This meant we ended up paying to use a different beach. For that reason I think the price is a bit high, there are better value hotels in the north end of Tulum (part of the national park) with proper beaches."

"No fault of the hotel but a lot of seaweed had washed up on the beach making it hard to swim. It was a windy period which was due to pass after our stay. Food at restaurant was good but very expensive for what it was. The whole area is very expensive though."
