"Die Dame, die uns empfangen hat wirkte sehr unfreundlich und lustlos. Wir mussten etwa 7x nach unserem Rückgeld fragen. Sie wollten direkt bei Ankunft die Bezahlung haben, brachten aber stundenlang kein Rückgeld (nur auf unser Drängen hin klappte es), fühlte sich etwas komisch an. Eigentlich eine tolle Unterkunft, wenn das Personal freundlicher und motivierter wäre."
