"It is nicely located with views over the lagoon . The property is well maintained , clean and offers basic amenities to make your stay comfortable . Housekeeping is done daily so that makes it wonderful for the low price we pay. . There is a restaurant on site that offers amazing breakfast and dinner options. Gareth is such a wonderful person, he ensured we are comfortable and was always a dial away"

It’s the perfect spot to enjoy sunsets in the company of flamingos and pelicans. The newly renovated chalets are bright, clean, and well-equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, and the spacious bathroom features a shower with strong water pressure and pleasantly warm water — just what you need after a chilly desert breeze. The on-site bistro, right next to the reception, offers delicious food at very reasonable prices. Families with children will also appreciate the beautiful playground on the property. The staff is friendly, and tours can conveniently be booked at the reception. All in all, it’s a perfect worry-free package that we can highly recommend."

"Easy to find google maps navigation worked great. Guy on reception was very helpful and recommended a trip to us that departed from the chalets (dunes tour HIGHLY RECOMMENDED), and we're extremely grateful he did and managed to get us booked on the tour so their local knowledge and recommendations were spot on. We stayed in a chalet with a well appointed kitchen and living area, parking space at the side, TV, and air conditioning. Felt very secure. Nice shower and bathroom, all very clean. The site also has space for people to use tents or motorhomes (power and water etc.). There is a small cafe on site providing meals as well. We'd definitely stay here again if in the area, we stayed for 2 nights. There is a medium sized Dunes Mall not too far away. It is localed not far from Dune 7 (7th largest dune in the world)."

"The WiFi was a bit patchy where we were, they did say that but it did work. Not really many places close by (shops/eateries) but we drove up to Swakopmund about 25 minutes away. You do get to drive between the sea and the Dunes though which is a strange experience."
