"Colibiri Hotel is a couple of kilometres out of Kone Town, Kone does not have much to recommmend it as a town without much charm restaurants open or anything much happening. The Hotel is quite nice, swimming pool lounge with coffee machine and microwave. We were the only guests in the place, breakfast is a matter of going into town or fixing it yourself from supplies bought from one of the supermarkets. Young Asian Caledonian the staff, he was quite sweet and helpful."

"Bungalow in stillgelegter Hotelanlage Evasion. Sehr abgelegen. Nehmen Sie alles mit, was sie brauchen. Es gibt keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Direkt am Fluss. Highlight ist der private Whirlpool. Modern und mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. WLAN funktioniert."

"The Beach House Lodge is a gorgeous venue in a lovely location. Albeit a long drive. The rooms are spacious and well provisioned, alot of care has been taken in their positioning and build to maximise guest comfort. All have lovely views over the water. The complimentary mosquito coils and sprays made on site were a nice touch. The pool is also lovely and positioned by the lagoon and so an easy walk from beach to pool, also the free kayaks were great to explore the shallow lagoon."
