"Lage top ! Das Hotel lag in der Nähe vom Palast, es war kein mit Touristen überlaufener Teil von Kathmandu. Trotzdem zentral.Bobby ist ein sehr hilfsbereit und jeder Zeit erreichbar. Ein sehr guter Mensch und Betreiber des Hotels."

"Das Zimmer war ein echtes Highlight, vor allem der Blick auf einen Tempel vom kleinen Balkon aus hat uns total begeistert. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer selbst war geräumig, sauber und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Das eigene Bad ist auf dem Flur und wird regelmäßig gereinigt, außerdem gab es eine kleine Küche mit Waschbecken und Wasserkocher. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Zentral am Durbar Square, Zimmergröße gut, schmaler Balkon im dritten Stock. WC und Waschbecken außerhalb des Zimmers, aber man ist auf seinem Stockwerk allein. Kein Schild außen. Bobby, der Besitzer, ist sehr hilfreich und holt auch vom Flughafen ab (1000R). Bett eher hart, was für mich gut war. Warmes Wasser vorhanden. Tolle Lage, toller Preis."

"Der hervorragende Gastgeber war stets hilfreich und teilte sein Wissen gern. Das Gästehaus liegt direkt neben dem Durbar Square. Es gibt schnelles WiFi, eine Küche und ein Bad. Es wird täglich geputzt."

"Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer Top Lage, direkt im Zentrum mit dem Dubar Squer um die Ecke. Das Haus ist etwas zurück gesetzt. Vom Fenster hat man den direkten Blick auf einen Tempel. Das Zimmer ist groß. Wir hatten ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und es gab auch eine Küche. Das Zimmer ist mit Wasserkocher ausgestattet und Tee und Kaffee sind auch vorhanden. Bad und Küche wurden täglich gereinigt. Bobby, der Vermieter, ist sehr freundlich und ist behilflich wo er nur kann. Er ist sehr um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemüht. Nach unserer Trekkingtour kommen wir auf alle Fälle noch mal dort hin."

"We loved Nirvana Kuti, the location is fantastic. There is a locals cafe outside the front door, and drinking chai there every night is one of our favourite memories whilst travelling Nepal. The bedroom is very comfortable & clean, especially the room with a balcony. Excellent to take in the sights and sounds of Kathmandu during sunset. The host Bobby is an incredibly kind man - he picked us up and dropped us off at the airport, took us on a guided tour of Durbar square, and shared many a chai with us at the local cafe. Fantastic memories! I’d urge anyone to stay at Nirvana Kuti to have a truly local experience with a brilliant host."

"The location of the hotel is close to Durbar Square and other sights; with the most rooms having views of the neighbourhood, and being well maintained. The proprietor provided substantial support from greeting on arrival, guidance on accessing local services and arranging transport for trekking."

"Bobby the owner pick me up from the airport he was my personel assistant for 3 days and also dropped me off at the airport. He got me a sim ,told me were to go for days out best places to eat everything you want to no about nepal .He gives you his watapp no so if you need him for anything just text him you dont have to worry about anything 😀"

"Bobby met me at an airport for a fee which was also helpful as he did a great job orientating me around khatmandu. There's 3 floors/ rooms. I started off on the 1st floor then moved to the top balcony room which was great. There's a roof anyway which is great to hang out. Amazing view of temple outside. The last day a little owl 🦉 was perched comically looking at us inquisitively. The room is spacious, there's a bathroom with toilet and shower. Warm or hot water available from 10am due to solar, kitchen had kettle, tea and coffee. Nice touch having an electric blanket 😊 Location was amazing, in rustic durbah Square. Bobby super helpful and always responsive and we shared some common human experiences I appreciated. I hope to return"

"This is only information for others as it didn't negatively impact my stay Be great if bathroom adjoined the bedroom so you don't need to worry about getting dressed if a guest on another level comes past. But they never did so it wasn't an issue. Beds were firm which is ok for me."
