"The ladies running Omana Hotel & its outdoor restaurant made sure my stay was the best possible! Gracious and thoughtful. The food also is really delicious, and the setting beautiful. A special thank you for including me in the momo cooking lesson. One building of rooms is just across a walking lane, & has a locking gate. Omana Hotel is walking distance to a main road but not noisy. Would stay here again!"

"Nothing with the hotel itself; Google maps & Apple maps aren't accurate when it comes to lanes that wander away from the hotel (but the most direct route not using lanes is straightforward)."

"Omana Hotel is a really good hotel! Location: It is located in a quiet and safe area; you can access the city center within 10 minutes by motorcycle. Decor: I really like the decoration of Omana; it is in a Nepali style, providing comfort and peace. Staff: Everyone is soooo nice there - from the owner to didi; they have given me the warmest welcome to Nepal. Food: You can order traditional Nepali food here at a relatively fair price, and it is very good!"

"It felt like coming home! The quiet and green garden, just a footstep from the buzzy main road is a true gem. The welcoming Charme of the owners Gokul & Prakriti together with their caring team is outstanding. Rooms are super clean, nicely decorated, comfy big beds and hot shower… just perfect! Food, especially the breakfast with fresh cappuccino and tap beer in the evening, I liked a lot. I had a wonderful time staying at the omana. Never felt lonely as a solo traveler. Many thanks!"
