"The property is a hotel in the old style, visible both in the exterior and interior, and the bar is particularly impressive. I really like such atmospheric places, although it's clear the hotel could use some renovation. The room, dining room, toilets, and showers were very clean. The room was modest, with just beds and tables, but for one night while traveling, that wasn't a problem. There's plenty of parking around the property. The most important advantage of the property is the hosts. The owner is incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. Even though I arrived late and the bar was closed, he prepared me a very delicious dinner. I'm very grateful. Thank you very much. I wonder if it wouldn't be better for the property to be converted into a hostel, especially since the rooms don't have bathrooms; they're shared. Perhaps this would reduce some of the poor reviews, as tourists tend to expect more amenities when renting a hotel room."

"It was a nice country pub. We had to share the bathroom but that’s what we expected. It is original condition maybe 1970s and could use some contemporary sprucing up. It had a communal lounge downstairs for those interested in TV. And you could cook there."

"The only problem was our queen bed that sagged in the middle, so I kept waking up to roll out. No air conditioner to cool down."

"This is an excellent place for the price. It is very 1970s.... but that is what you get at price. The staff were lovely.. we ate in the bar and it was good pub food. Located on the main street of the town."

"It is a very typical motel, and considering it is by far the cheapest option in this area, the value for the money is more than reasonable. The rooms are small but sufficient for two people, with just a bed and a sink. The toilets are shared, and the hygiene is fair. There is a large and fairly secure parking area behind the motel. There is also a common area with a fridge, microwave, and dishes. The Wi-Fi was okay. We stayed here for 2 nights while exploring the lakes and mountains, and it was perfect for our needs. Most importantly for us, it is dog-friendly, so we were able to stay with our furry girl."

"The beds are not the best, for 2 main reasons: first, the sheets appear to be made of a semi-synthetic material, which is not very comfortable and is quite noisy when moving. Second, there are electric blankets underneath the sheets. These are likely very useful in winter (we stayed during summer), the controls are also placed under the sheets and can be uncomfortable while sleeping."

"The room off the balcony was huge and the bed was very comfortable. No road traffic noise at all after 9.00. Its a beautiful old hotel, I hope the new owners can improvve on the building and bring it up to the standard it deserves."
