"Frühstück konnte man in der Stadt in sehr schöner Lage direkt außerhalb der Stadtmauer bekommen, dazu musste man hinfahren. Hat sich aber gelohnt. Ganz arg freundlich war die Hausangestellte Zita, die uns alles zeigte und jede Frage beantwortet hat, ein dickes Lob für sie."

"Beautiful cottage that I mostly had to myself. There was access to the kitchen, television, and the yard. The host was a lovely man and very kind and helpful. He was also so relaxed about everything. I had the option to use a pool at another hotel as well which was great. I also appreciated the well wishes messages from the host and his staff member when I departed."

"Nice big room, its not a hostel, more an appartement with 2 double rooms. Common living roim and kitchen and terrasse . Friendly owner and family (next door). Also check out Riad Nizwa - same owner, close to the city and pool !!"

"Its a bit difficult to find. Entrance not on the street, its a building behind and no signs or name of the place on the building. Its far from the center and better to drive back to the big road to get there !!! The other streets get smaller and smaller.!!!"

"This is a cosy guest house with large windows, green backyard and BBQ terrace, located close to the old city centre. The neighbourhood is quiet and very green. Mohamed is a great host, who welcomed us with open heart, guided us through old Nizwa and showed all major sights and cafes. We absolutely recommend this place!"

"Pur non essendo in centro, la posizione permette di raggiungerlo in in 5 minuti di auto. Veranda con giardino e campi coltivati. Parcheggio comodo"

"Personale assente, per pagare siamo dovuti andare in centro nell'altro albergo ed anche li aspettare che arrivasse qualcuno, pulizia da migliorare, è difficile capire cosa sia a disposizione degli ospiti o cosa sia di qualche invisibile abitante."
