I also noticed the staff were less helpful and warm. It was a significant contrast. Considering the tour groups are supporting this hotel.. I would think they should give equal service."

"I had booked a room with a terrace and it was great. But if you book a room without a terrace, many of the rooms have windows facing the building's corridors. There is no fresh air at all. The reception staff were responsive, helped arrange a tour, the room was very clean. The view from the terrace is great and the location is also good. Breakfast is served from 5.00 AM."
