"Authentisches und gemütliches Haus mit sehr viel Charme. Sehr bequeme Betten, heißes Wasser zu jeder Zeit (April). Wer lärmempfindliche ist, ist hier eventuell falsch. Da das Haus älter ist, wodurch es aber auch den Charme hat, ist es auch hellhörig. Der Patio in der Mitte, der von den Zimmern umgeben ist, lässt den Schall/das Echo zusätzlich laut wirken. Das Frühstück ist zweckmäßig. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (Taxi zum Flughafen etc.). Die Lage ist spitze (an der Plaza de Armas)."

"Sehr hellhörig da alle Zimmer zur Lobby sind und vor der Eingangstür mehrere laute Bars bzw. Nachtclubs sind. Besser Ovopax mitnehmen.. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Lunchboxen werden an Ausflugstagen vorbereitet."

"Lovely hotel off the main square. Very friendly, helpful staff. Bed very comfortable. Spotlessly clean. On days I had early morning starts, I could have a packed snack. Location good with many restaurants around the square and also a general daily police presence keeping a watchful eye on things. I felt perfectly safe even at night."

"A couple of cons, but I would still recommend the hotel and stay again. The rooms at the front are terribly loud all night due to the bar/disco on the other side of the alley. However, if you have a room at the back then it‘s really quiet and you can‘t hear a thing. After I changed rooms I slept like a log. Cars and taxis cannot drive to the hotel so either stop at the corner of the square or at the top of the alley. The hotel can arrange for taxis and the driver will help with luggage. Breakfast is a tad sparse but eggs are available to order."

"The location is perfect, right in the middle of the plaza and close if you're doing tours. The stuff is very helpful and accomodating too. My partner sprained his ankle and they were nice enough to provide crutches and other assistance to make our stay great."
