"Erstens, top Empfang, schnell, unkompliziert, freundlich. Irwine war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, antwortete sehr schnell auf WhatsApp und hatte immer eine pronte Lösung bereit."

"Auch wenn die Zimmer vorne heraus zur Hauptstraße gehen, dies war die erste Unterkunft in ganz Peru, mit richtigen Dichtungen! Es war daher sehr ruhig. Das Bett war riesig und auch das Zimmer war groß genug. Zudem gibt es ganz oben einen richtig tollen Frühstücksraum, inkl. Sofa und Terrasse. Wir durften hier auch nach unserem Check-Out den ganzen Tag verbringen, da wir einen Nachtbus gebucht hatten. Zu Fuß ist man in 10 Min in der Innenstadt. Das frühstück war leicht über dem Durchschnitt von Peru."

"Es dauerte sehr lange (teilweise 10 Min), bis das Wasser warm wurde. Leider eine große Wasserverschwendung. Aber auch dann wurde das Wasser zwischendurch immer mal wieder kühler. Das Internet klappte im Zimmer nicht immer, dafür aber oben im Gemeinschaftsraum perfekt."

"The owner and her sons were really nice. They organized Machu Picchu tour for me with very short notice. I was dropped to the train station and picked up from there the next day. The breakfast was waiting for me outside of my room as I had to leave very early."

"Dario went out of his way to ensure any issues were addressed and was also very helpful when liaising with taxi drivers etc. The room was great with a lovely view and comfortable bed. It was good to have Netflix! Breakfast was basic but adequate."

"The accommodation is a little way out of the centre which caused sone issues when organising pickups for excursions. Would recommend getting a taxi to/from the centre although it seemed very safe to walk at night."

"Our host Dario was lovely. We had a delicious breakfast delivered to our room for our early morning departure. The room was well stocked with a kettle & tea bags & the bed very comfortable. The shower was fantastic - hot with a good stream."

"We arrived a little earlier than expected, and the host checked us in with no issues. Very warm welcome and helpful reception. You can also book tours through the host, which is very useful. Lovely room, just as pictured. Breakfast was delivered to our room every morning. The room was very clean and had a fridge and kettle with tv streaming services included. Nice hot shower and a comfy bed. The location is great, just a short walk to the main square with shops and supermarkets very close. Would highly recommend."
