"The locality is very good, close to the center by a ~20 min walk. The laundry was very clean, pleasant and comfortable. I was allowed to check-in before the scheduled time, which was nice."

"There's just one outlet per room, so I couldn't charge my laptop and phone at the same time. When you shower, you have to hold the button as long as the water is running - so you have just one hand left to wash your body. The rooms aren't very soundproof."

"I just request you to arrange water hose pipe inside the toilet , as some religious people use water for complete cleanliness inside toilet."

"Exceeded Expectations My stay was far surpassing what I expected from a budget hostel. everything was well-organized and comfortable, making it a great choice for travelers. No additional or hidden fees, despite what the website might suggest. Everything was included in the price, which was a refreshing change. The location is easily accessible, with convenient and secure parking, which made arriving stress-free. The rooms were clean and there were plenty of bathrooms and showers, so I never had to wait. The facilities were in excellent condition, with everything in working order. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook, plus a separate dining area Hostel is part of a reputable hotel chain There’s a excellent japanese cuisine restaurant on the ground floor next door away"

"My 3 night stay fully met my expectations. The staff on reception were very welcoming . The Hostel on a quiet street is a cross between a hotel and hostel. No restaurant but there was a kitchen to with equipment to make hot drinks , a good microwave heat up food and a small fridge to store food. Nothing is provided but there is a Zabka shop from which to buy supplies. My only slight criticism is that more cutlery such as knives 🔪 and forks 🍴 needs to be provided. Maybe some guests take these to their rooms. But more do need to put out . On the same street very close by are a lovely student pub, a kebab and a Vietnamese cafe bar. Also another Polish bar that served food so the nearby facilities were very convenient. I never used a taxi and was able to find my way from the train station by public transport. I guess the price of a taxi might be around 50 zloty or £10 . Maybe less? When I return to Lodz , I would certainly book a room at the Hostel again."

"It might be useful for the hotel to provide some info on local bus transport on how to get to the city centre. Travellers can pick up lots of information from the excellent tourist office but this a long way from the Boutique hostel."

"Good location, a nice park nearby and access to buses and trams is in walking distance. The staff was helpful and a big thank you to Anetta who was very kind when extending my stay at the hostel two times. The sheets were clean and towels provided. The shower rooms and toilets are well maintained and clean as well. Thanks for hosting."
